NotesIn early 1900s Levi F. and Ida Newcomer (nee Osborn) built the "Trail Inn Hotel" at location cited above. The garage was the hotel's livery stable and was west of the hotel on Pflumm. converted to a garage, it was managed by a son, Frank, in the 1930s-40s. Before its destruction by fire in 1956, the building had become a bowling pin refinishing shop. According to typed notes on back of photocopy of photograph in notebook the garage faced Pflumm Road.
